Shipping within Germany

We ship free of charge within Germany for orders over 300 euros.

We usually ship with UPS. If the shipping time can be shortened by an alternative service provider, this will be selected automatically by us.

For orders under 300,- Euro order value we charge 4,80 Euro (incl. VAT) shipping costs.

We do not deliver to packing stations or post office boxes!

International shipping

We ship parcels up to a maximum of 32kg to selected countries in the European Union and Switzerland.

The shipping costs are calculated automatically and shown separately separately in the shopping cart.

Shipping is carried out by UPS or an alternative service provider. Please note that your order will only be delivered on working days.
All shipments both within Germany and internationally are insured.

Payment methods

You can choose to pay by prepayment, PayPal Plus (PayPal, credit card, installment purchase) or Amazon Payments.

When paying via PayPal Plus , you can choose whether you want to pay via PayPal (for this you need a PayPal account) or via credit card (also possible without a PayPal account), or installment purchase (for this you need a PayPal account). You can also pay via PayPal Plus as a private customer up to a shopping cart value of 1500 euros on account. You will be automatically redirected to the encrypted PayPal site to complete the payment there. MacConsult does not receive any information about your personal account or creditworthiness data.

Corporate customers can pay on account from the third order onwards.

If you pick up your order in our store, you can also pay by EC card, credit card, PayPal account or cash.
